1. Who provides ApplyPilot

ApplyPilot is provided by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("ApplyPilot", "we", "us"). Our registered address and company details will be published here before commercial launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up; we do not ask for your date of birth.

ApplyPilot is offered only in the countries listed as available during sign-up. Availability is decided separately for each country after legal review, so the service may not be offered where you live.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your ApplyPilot password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at {{SECURITY_EMAIL}} if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may pair ApplyPilot's Local Agent with your account on computers you control. You can revoke a paired device at any time from your dashboard.

4. What you authorize ApplyPilot to do

If you turn on application automation and accept the separate Automation Authorization, ApplyPilot's Local Agent may, on your computer and on your behalf: navigate job application websites, enter information you provided or approved, upload application documents you approved, create or sign in to applicant accounts where you have enabled that, submit applications according to your automation settings, and pause for you whenever your action is required.

This authorization does not allow ApplyPilot to make statements you have not approved, to infer sensitive information about you, to give legal consents or attestations you have not explicitly approved, or to get around any security control. You can withdraw the authorization at any time by changing your automation settings.

By default ApplyPilot uses Review Before Submit, which means nothing is submitted until you approve it. Automatic submission is available only after you accept the Automation Authorization.

5. Truthful information

You agree that the professional information, documents and answers you give ApplyPilot are true and that you are entitled to use them. ApplyPilot only uses facts you have verified; when an application asks something your verified information does not answer, ApplyPilot stops and asks you instead of guessing.

You are responsible for reviewing documents and answers before you allow them to be submitted.

6. Employer and applicant-tracking websites

Applications are made on websites operated by employers and their applicant-tracking system providers. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We do not control those websites, their availability, or what employers do with your application.

ApplyPilot automates a website only where our portal policy permits it after review. Other websites are supported in manual mode, where you complete the application yourself.

7. No guarantee of interviews or employment

ApplyPilot helps you prepare and submit applications. It does not guarantee that any application will be received, reviewed, or successful, or that you will get an interview or a job.

8. Limits of automation

Websites change without notice, and automation can fail, stop part way, or need your help. ApplyPilot is designed to stop safely rather than guess when something is unclear. You should check the status of important applications yourself.

9. Human verification, CAPTCHA and multi-factor authentication

When an employer's website asks for a CAPTCHA, a one-time code, a passkey, a security key, or another security check, ApplyPilot pauses the application and asks you to complete that check yourself, directly on the employer's website.

ApplyPilot does not solve, bypass, or work around CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, or any other security check, and does not use third-party solving services. Security codes, passkeys and challenge responses are never sent to ApplyPilot's servers.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ApplyPilot to submit false or misleading information, to apply on behalf of another person without their authority, to overload or disrupt any website, to break any law or third-party terms, or to interfere with ApplyPilot's own security.

You agree not to modify, configure or extend ApplyPilot to solve or bypass CAPTCHA or multi-factor authentication, to disguise automated activity in order to defeat a website's bot protection, or to access accounts or data you are not entitled to access.

11. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, named on the Subprocessors page. Before you buy, we show the price, currency, billing interval, any trial terms, and how to cancel. ApplyPilot never receives your full card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Refunds are handled under our refund policy: {{REFUND_POLICY}}.

Taxes are charged where we are required to charge them. Tax handling for each country is confirmed before that country is enabled.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using ApplyPilot and delete your account at any time from the Privacy Center.

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or to protect users or third parties. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

13. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your resume, documents and information. You give us the permissions needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice.

ApplyPilot's software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service only as these terms allow.

14. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, ApplyPilot is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the decisions of employers or website operators.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

17. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you have rights under the law of the country where you live that these terms cannot take away. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

19. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we publish a new version with a new version number and ask you to accept it before you continue. Earlier versions and your acceptance history remain available in your Privacy Center.

20. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice is information, not a contract you sign.
